10/1/18 Dear mother I hope you are all quite well, I have had several letters from you this week, & I hope you are getting mine all right just now. We have been having very cold snowy weather here lately, I hope that you have been getting better weather at Home than we have here give my love to all at Home, I hope that the little Boy will get stronger. Your loving Son Tom.
