Letter

July 13 1915.

My dear Sister.

I received your most welcomed letter a few days ago. I sent you a P.C. on the arrival of your letter. I'm pleased to hear you're all well at home as it leaves me the same. We are having an easy time of it for the last few days we're billited in a wood about a mile behind the line.

I see D.J. a few nights ago, and he said Malcolm got through so far, our losses were very small this last spell, that was of course owing to the quiet time we had.

I've got nothing of any interest to tell you in this letter. Only that I'm enjoying good health and in the very best of spirits.

I'll draw this note to a close for the want of news hoping you are all well and in the hopes of hearing from you soon.

I remain your affect Brother.

Ewen.
