I have the honour to state that information has been received by mail, from England, to the effect that the officer marginally noted, was transferred from the Hospital Ship Camoria, to the 4th London General Hospital, Denmark Hill, England, on May 1st, 1917, suffering from a gunshot wound in the head.

Any further information received will be communicated without delay.
