C.D. RICHARDSON was killed at Vimy Ridge on April 10, 1917

Broadview, Sask., May 4-Lce.-Corp C.D. Richardson, who was reported in Tuesday's casualty list as killed in action was the third son of Mrs. B.P. Richardson of Grenfell, Sask. He graduated from the Manitoba Agricultural College in 1915 and enlisted in the fall of the same year with the University corps. He reached the front in the spring of 1916, and was severely wounded at Ypres in June, returning to the trenches about Christmas. During his college term he took an active interest in college literary work, particularly in connection with the M.A.C. Gazette, of which he was editor-in-chief during his final year. He was 25 years of age.
