Apr 11: George [ ?] wired he was coming for the day. Got a pass for the day. Geo came about 5 o'clock. Went to Hosp and paraded by O.C. to get pass extended till 1 pm next day. Went to Royal Albion Hotel and got room. Had afternoon tea and went for a walk. Dandy dinner at 7 pm. Went to show at Hippodrome. Had coffee brought to room at hotel before going to bed. A good night's rest in a good bed. Geo left at noon.
