Dear Ella:-

We've lots of snow once more and it's mighty cold. We had a young blizzard this morning and got wet through. Still it's a lot better than rain and if the climate wasn't so damp I'd be fine as it would be real home weather.

Our stove is working overtime and we have a swell "fug" in the hut. None of my mail has been forwarded yet and I'm going to write a stinker to the battery about it.

From the papers it looks a bit like peace soon but we're all hoping we won't cave in till we have what we're after.

We were hoping to be on the Corps course by now but there's been some hitch as we have to wait another week. We wont be sorry to leave this place you bet as I've never seen a place so badly run in my life. No one knows what anyone else is doing and cares less.

We have a sing song in the hut every night and it's just starting up now. I can't write a decent letter as I haven't read one for so long so I guess I'll Napoo this now. Love to all.

Bev
