Hello My Two Sweethearts:–

I have often raved on in my letters about the flowers and trees over here but I dont think I ever mentioned the fact that fig and palm trees grow in this part of England. The figs bear fruit but the palms only have their appearance value.

As the picture shows, they do look nice and I was very surprised to see them here.

From this card you will get some idea of the difference between English and Scottish castle settings. Perhaps the Scots idea has something to do with me always wanting to get on top of a hill when we went out.

Tonight will bring me up to date on my letters but before I go on I thought a card to you even if I did mail one to you yesterday could not go wrong.

Feeling fine - Expect another load of new mail any day now - and still love my own Two Forget-me-nots.
