Dear Mr. Boggs,
My husband and I wish to express to you and Mrs. Boggs our deepest sympathy with you in this greatest of all sacrifices. Words can only mean so little in such a sorrow, but we shall always remember with true gratitude the brave young life you have given to defend us all, and the country we all love so well.
