Dear Madam,
I beg to acknowledge your letter of the 19th inst., enclosig two application forms, fee of 10/- and four photographs on behalf of Miss Marion M. Crocket, and Miss Jeannette D. Bridges of Leeds.
I have transmitted these documents to the Chief Passport Officer, 59, Victoria streetm S.W.1, requesting him to issue the passports at such time as a passage ahs been provided for these two daies on board a Canadain Transport by the Assistant Superintendent of Emigration at 11, charling Cross, S.W.1, to whom ehty should apply at their earliest convenice.
If these ladies are in possession of Letters of Identification they should send them to me here to be surrendered to the Chief Passport Officer.
