Dearest Mother:-
Am too excited to write a letter tonight as I intended to, as I got a wire from Stan saying he was on two weeks leave and would be in London to-night. We have a phone here so I rang him up at the Royal Auto Club & had a chat with him at 9. He is coming down here to-morrow. I only have the evening off but Mary has the half day so will meet him first. Am going to try for some leave. D. Pardy and Jean Daniel were here on Thursday & Gerry [?] was here last evening & I had dinner with him. Heaps of love from Net.
