Feb 2 + 3: 48 hours leave to Ohain. Reached Ed's billet at 11:30 and stayed with him till 5 pm when we both went to Waterloo. Ed left at 9 pm and I got a room and went to bed. In the morning visited Lion Monument, Panorama, Belgian Monument, German Monument, Monument to Lt-Col Gordon, La Halye Sainte & Mont St Jean. Got back to unit at 4:30 pm.
