I have very much pleasure in enclosing receipt for 1 pound contributed so kindly by the Stony Plain Womens Institute. Cpl. E.H.Pallister, on whom you suggest this money should be spent, is already very well provided with parcels. I hope you will not mind, therefore, our devoting this money to another man who is in greater need of parcels, and will, I am sure, be most grateful for what you are doing on his behalf.
