Dear Mother

Just a few lines hoping they find you all well, as they have me. Things are going fine, as ever, out here, and we are getting another rest. Of course I don't know for how long, but it's always welcome to have easy times. Well the warm weather is still staying with us, so we got our kilts yesterday, and you bet it's some swank now. But I'd sooner be doing it in Canada or Blighty, eh! Well Mother dear, how is everything looking at home. Pretty nice, I guess, as it will be May by the time you get this, and Marjie will be busy with the flowers again. Well I must close now, as there isn't much to tell you from this side, so best love to all, your loving Son,

Frank
