Dear Mother:-

I think it is nearly two weeks since I wrote last but I've been moving almost continually since then, and have had hardly any time at all for writing.

I was transferred last week from the Corps Signals to the 4th Dvn. My address is #3 Section,. 4th D.A.C., C.F.A, BCA.

At present I'm still in Mons. Am driving "mokes" now.

I see by the latest scheme for demobilization that the Corps is to be demolished at 20000 for months and [?] & professionals are to be taken first so I suppose student comes last. It will be some time before my turn comes, but you will be in Truro when I come back, won't you? I had some mail from you before I left corps but I think I wrote and acknowledged it.

The Belgian people are very good to us and we are [?] in their homes. They have been under German rule for four years.

We are having very good weather now but I don't suppose it will last long.

Haven't had any mail for some time.

Must close now.

Lovingly
Ludlow
