Received your welcome letter yesterday and was glad to hear from you, I thought I had better write you a few lines this time or perhaps you would stop writing altogether and then I wouldn't' get very much news or rather gossip of the country which is rather interesting.

I imagine you are going to cost your Dad quite a lot to keep you a going. I suppose Laura is doing quite a business in her shop. Where is Paddy staying now?

Tell Frank to put some money in the bank for me when he sells his skins.
