Dear mother:-

Just a few lines to let you know I am well and getting along fine so far.

We are having lovely weather here now it is just like July weather down home. The grain is up two or three inches and the grass is lovely and green. We are having a pretty good time here now. The Y.M.C.A. has a crowd come out from London nearly every evening for to give us a concert.

We are going up to Bramshott sometime this week.

Tell Dad this place would suit him fine everything is so old fashioned they are driving around Pharoah Chariots yet that's what they look like.

Did Charlie get home from Halifax yet?

Well as I have no news I will close for this time.

Good Bye

Allen
