Dear Folks

Well here I am just back off of my seven day leave. I made tour of the British Isles in the seven days. First I went to London then to an address in Coventry that Jean gave me then I met her brother that is over here I stayed there a day and a half then I went on to Hamilton where Mrs. Corman's brother is Mr. Stewart I lived like a king there breakfast included etc. with an egg His wife had just died about five weeks ago. Stayed there two days then went to York passing through Edinburgh looked up an address there then went on to London then went to camp.

I saw a lot of strange things on my leave I really lived and learned on those seven days. I don't like London from what I saw of it. How is everybody at home, haven't received any mail yet but I am sure hoping. Will you send me some blue V mail envelopes they are hard to get here The ones where you write on the envelope. Well I can't say much more on this much paper but I will write soon.

With my love to all
Bill
